I am a retired professional male (attorney). I own and live alone in a 3-story townhouse. Located near I 66, Route 7 (Leesburg Pike/Broad Street) and Route 29 (Lee Hwy). 5-minute walk to major bus lines and walking distance to metro stations, stores, restaurants, library, take-out, pharmacies, and food markets, including Harris Teeter, Aldi, Target, and European/Russian. Renters have full use of the home (some limitations on cooking). Cable and Wi fi. No security deposit. I am willing to offer one of my two guest rooms for occupancy rent-free. I am looking for a full-time online student without a job, or an online job, who is home most of the time (I am high-risk for Covid).
