staff not professional

nice looking building, but they want u to make an appointment and when u do they're not on time my appointment was at 100 and now its 118 and told me dante will be with me; and the frt desk person is not nice nor friendly. staff not professional at all.

Very Noisy

I have lived in this building since October and it has been a pretty unpleasant experience. If you are in an apartment overlooking Georgia Ave, you hear tons of noise from the bars and it is very disturbing. It is not just the weekends, but almost every night of the week. I understand the apartment building does not have control of these places, but the management has not been helpful with dealing with the noises. I was also given no warning about the noise on Georgia Ave while I was touring and the apartment was grossly misrepresented. Aside from transferring to a much more expensive apartment, management refused to do anything. I have also had issues with loud neighbors within the building and there has been minimal action from management. I can live with the normal sounds as this is an apartment building but what goes on in this building is much more than what should be expected. It is a shame because the building is very nice, and that is why I gave it two stars, but the experience has been awful. There is no way I am renewing my lease.

Hallway reeks of dog pee & Management unprofessional not proactive

Thayer & Spring is a nice place with the amenities they offer however there are bigger concerns that are alarming. For one if you live on the 3rd or 5th floor I would choose otherwise due to the insane smell of dog pee that has been lingering in the hallway for about a year and a half now. Management does not take action with any serious matters, I've advised them of the halls but they never follow up and have not done anything about it. Not to mention if you have a serious matter management goes dead, they will not respond to your request you have to continuously follow up with them.
