Roommate Wanted: 2BR/1BA Apartment in N. Cleveland Park (Sublet / Shared Housing)

Hi all! I'm looking for a covid-conscious roommate for my 2bd/1ba apartment in North Cleveland Park. It's a lovely & spacious ground-level unit (not underground) below a single-family home. You'd be living with me and my cat Oscar (no other pets,... unfortunately). I've been here for 2 years and love it! A few details:

** Rent is $1475/month each (all utilities + laundry included)
** 15min walk to Van Ness and Tenleytown-AU metro stations (red line) and Connecticut Ave bus stops, 7min walk to Wisconsin Ave bus stops
** Bedroom has a screened window and large closet with lights; fits a queen bed, desk, and large dresser
** Shared spaces are fully furnished
** Central AC
** LARGE, recently renovated, fully stocked kitchen with plenty of storage
** Patio (with furniture + outlets, great for working from home), lovely backyard
** Very quiet neighborhood, lots of green space

Me: 26, she/her. I do policy research and work from home 3-4 days/week. I like crafting, baking, being outside, reading, and watching tv. Oscar (the cat) likes to play, chill in his cat tent outside, and have opinions; he probably won't snuggle but his snuggly brother sometimes visits from upstairs.

You: Looking for someone who takes at least basic covid precautions (e.g., masking in indoor public places). We can discuss in more detail if you're interested! I like to keep the apartment clean and split chores. I'm happy to shop and/or cook together, and you'll get as many gluten-free baked goods as you can eat!
