Very welcoming staff and excellent follow up for any maintenance requests. Our building is kept in pristine order..clean, all painting is updated and elevators and trash rooms clean and well maintained. Lovely public spaces and excellent amenities! A big plus… residents are friendly.

The Sur has been for my family an outstanding place to live at. The cleanliness, the response and care from management and concierge desk are fabulous. The whole management team has always friendly and helpful. We love it in here! If I do not mention any other nuisances is because they do not exist.
